Winter Art Show- Matthew's Opera

this annual event. The Winter Art Show will be open for
viewing from 10 am to 5 pm with an awards ceremony

Collected Stories -BHSU-Spearfish-Location:
Woodburn Hall Join the BHSU Theatre students Feb. 25 for
the opening performance of Collected Stories by Donald
Margulies. The perfomance will begin at 7:30 pm in
Woodburn Hall. A respected short-story writer and teacher
in her mid-fifties, Ruth Steiner has carved out a
comfortable life for herself in a Greenwich Village
apartment she has occupied for decades. Lisa Morrison is a
callow yet talented 26-year-old graduate student and
aspiring writer, a child of suburban privilege, when she
meets Ruth and offers to become her assistant. Over six
years, in as many scenes, Collected Stories eavesdrops on
Ruth and Lisa as their relationship evolves (from mentor/protegee
to loving friends to adversaries) and ultimately
disintegrates -- touching on issues of age, artistic
liscense, and betrayal. For more information about the

summer arts festivals in the upper

30,000 people attend this annual event

made arts and crafts. All applications
are subject to a juried process to
ensure quality fine arts and

Days of '76 Rodeo in Deadwood-
Truly the "Best Rodeo. No Bull". The
Days of '76 Rodeo has been named the
PRCA Small Outdoor Rodeo of the Year
four times and was named PRCA Midsize
Rodeo of the Year for 2004, 2005, 2006,
2007 and again in 2008. The rodeo is a
front-runner for the award in 2009 as
well. The Days of '76 was also named the
2007 Badlands Circuit Rodeo of the Year.
The 2010 Days of '76 Rodeo and Parades
(there are two parades annually) will be
held July 27-31, 2010. This is truly one
of the best outdoor rodeos in the
